We started like this…
DJ Friends from Guadalajara (Jalisco, Mexico), Vancouver (British Columbia, Canada), and Portland (Oregon, United Stated of America), used to play music at their friend’s parties, meetings, small restaurants, lounges, shows, and performances in schools, in each city.

They were kind of rivals between each other: always competing to see which one had more equipment than the other, the best electronic devices, the best headphones… Finally, they decided to make a group of DJs, so everyone could have the same stuff, use each other devices, programs… and also learn new skills from each other! Jp Fierro came up with a new idea, he asked everybody in the group to see what the group’s name should be.

Jp was usually called “Firri”, so everybody decided to call themselves “Jp Firri’s Group”. They designed their own logo, their own electronic devices, their own uniforms, stickers, cars, blogs, websites, Facebook fan page, Twitter account, YouTube channel, and many other things to promote themselves. They kept performing in private parties, and food places. These are their first logos, due to all of them used an Apple computer, they decided to put an apple on their logo.
Almost all of the group members moved to Vancouver, BC, Canada. Before that, they made their last concert in the beautiful city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, México. Their sponsors for that party were fierro & asoc. (by that time, the company’s name was rfierro & asoc.), and The VMW Team. A couple of years ago, the group was performing at a private party, where there was an agent from HBO, from the Latin America Group. He loved the music of the group, and hired them a couple of weeks later…
HBO has an arrangement with Comedy Central, so Jp Firri Group, started performing at casinos, clubs, lounges, and theaters with comedians, and also performing in private parties. Jp Firri Group got Copyright, and became a Trade Mark. Also, they got a new logo, quite similar to the last one.
